Product End-of-Life Information

Telkonet has identified several products that are, or will soon become, technically out of date and incompatible with current equipment. View Telkonet's End-of-Life policy for a phase-out schedule.

To order replacement thermostats and occupancy sensors, use the Product Chart to determine what type of SmartEnergy technology you have installed and select compatible replacement products. Warranty Information

Telkonet covers all EcoSmart products with a one-year warranty to provide replacements in the event of a manufacturer's defect to ensure continued system performance. Through the EcoCare program, Telkonet also offers customers a flexible extended warranty on any product purchased.
